PXI: Change the first dividend rate of 2011
The Board of Directors of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction JSC(HOSE: PXI) change to pay the first dividend of 2011 as follows:
• Payment ratio according the business plan of beginning of year: 17%/charter capital
• The first dividend payment of 2011 in cash with payment ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000/share) in cash
• Record date: November 30, 2011
• Payment source: The Company’s undistributed profit in 2011
• Payment date: From December 26, 2011
• Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At the Accounting Department of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction JSC
• This resolution is valid as from November 14, 2011.
