TCL: Resolution on additional listing

On November 16, 2011, the Board of Directors pf TanCang Logistics and Stevedoring JSC (HOSE: TCL) unanimously approved the list additional shares to existing shareholders in the first of year 2011 from August 19, 2011 to September 16, 2011:

• Issue volume: 2,243,988 shares

• Time of implementation: Expected from November 2011

This resolution is valid as from November 16, 2011.
