ITD Corporation approved in principle to list stock

On November 01, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange officially allowed in principle Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD Corporation) to list 11,610,399 shares on the Exchange. The Company will fulfil necessary documents soon to complete the listing procedure.
