SSS: Fined for violation in securities and securities market
On 17/11/2011, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to Song Da 6.06 JSC (HNX: SSS) as follows:
- Name of listed company: Song Da 6.06 JSC
- Administrative violation of the Company: The Company violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market.
- Fine for this violation: VND80,000,000
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, Song Da 6.06 JSC is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No.920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.
- Effective date of this decision: 17/11/2011. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to Song Da 6.06 JSC and the Hanoi State Treasury.
