BT6 owns 51% PER8
Beton 6 (HOSE: BT6) Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 25, 2011:
The Board of Directors approved to buy 40,000 shares from Mr. Ngo Hai Thanh with a price of VND10,000/share, equivalent to VND400 million, and to contribute 2,000,000 shares with a par value of VND10,000/share, equivalent to VND20 billion. Therefore, total contributed capital of Beton 6 Corporation in PER8 is 2,040,000 shares, equivalent to VND20.4 billion, accounting for 51% in PER8.
