SMC: Dividend payment in stock of 2011 notice
SMC Investment Trading JSC (HOSE: SMC) announces the record date to pay dividend in stock for 2011:
- Stock symbol: SMC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: November 16, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 16 & 17, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: November 18, 2011
- Exercise ratio: 10:2 (The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 02 new shares as dividend). The volume will be rounded to units. The odd shares will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share
- Estimated issue volume: 4,920,021 shares
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 119 shares, the calculation will be: 119 shares x 20% = 23.8 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 23 shares and 8,000vnd in cash (=0.8 shares x 10,000vnd)
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: New shares will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts in securities firms
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will receive dividend at the head office ofSMC Investment Trading JSC – 396 Ung Van Khiem, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.
