TMC: Board Resolution on dividend payment
Thu Duc Trading and Import – Export JSC (HNX: TMC) announces the Board Resolution approved on 02/11/2011 as follows:
The 2nd dividend payment 2011 in cash:
- Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders will receive VND700 for every share they own)
- Expected exercise date: From 20/12/2011 to 10/01/2012
