SED: Business operating explanation

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2011, profit after tax is increase 59% in compare to Quarter III/2010. Phuong Nam Education Investment and Development JSC explained the increase in operating result in QIII/2011 as follows:

- Gross from sale of merchandise increase 7.5% in compare to QIII/2010

- Interest of banking borrow reduced

- The Company has 30% of dedution from income tax of 2011.
