ORS: Brands’ operational changes

According Decision No. 821&822/QD-UBCK dated October 28, 2011 by The State Securities Commission of Vietnam, Orient Securities Corporation (HOSE: ORS) has closed a trading office in Hochiminh City:

1. Trading office: Orient Securities Corporation – Can Tho Branch at Floor 3, 25A Chau Van liem, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho as from October 28, 2011

2. Appointing Ms. Vu Thu Hien as Director of Ha Noi Branch to replace Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuoi as from October 28, 2011.
