SME under alert
Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:
- Issuer: SME Securities Corporation
- Stock code: SME
- Reason: The Company frequently violates the settlement obligation of member, failed in paying money borrowed from the Settlement Support Fund on time as committed to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD). On the trading session 27/10/2011, the VSD cancelled some transactions of SME as the Company had not paid for the loans from the Settlement Support Fund since 31/08/2011. Currently, the Company still lacks money in the brokerage account for settlement.

Alert period ends when SME Securities Corporation overcomes current situation.
