OGC: Bonus shares to existing shareholders notice
On November 09, 2011, HOSE announces the record date to close shareholder list for bonus shares to existing shareholders of Ocean Group JSC (HOSE: OGC) as follows:
- Stock symbol: OGC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: November 17, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 17 & 18, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date November 21, 2011
- Exercise ratio: 5:1 (A shareholder owning 05 old shares will get 01 bonus share.)
- The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (if any) will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 1,008 shares, the calculation will be: 1,008/5 =201.6 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 201 shares and 6,000vnd in cash (=0.6 shares x 10,000vnd)
- Expected issue volume: 50,000,000 shares
Place of implementation:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Ocean Group JSC – 04 Lang Ha, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi city
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
