According the Resolution No.07-2011/NQ/DNSE, 08-2011/NQ/DNSE, 09-2011/NQ/DNSE, 10-2011/NQ/DNSE dated November 08, 2011, Dai Nam Securities JSC (DNSE) has announced a personnel change as follows:
• The resignation Mr. Le Minh Tuan from position BOD Chairman and appointing Mr. Le Minh Tuan as CEO of DNSE to replace Mr. Trinh Quoc Van
• The resignation Mr. Trinh Quoc Van from position CEO and appointing Mr. Trinh Quoc Van as CEO Right of DNSE
• Effective date: November 15, 2011.
