PPC: Resolution of the BOD
Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC (HOSE: PPC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 26, 2011 about the Company’s representatives in North Power Service JSC(NPS)
- The Board of Directors unanimously decided:
1. To appoint Mr. Nguyen Khac Son, PPC’s CEO, to continue being the representative for 40% of PPC’s capital in NPS, manager of the representative group and a member in the Board of Directors of NPS
2. To appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Hang, a member of the Board of Directors of PPC, to continue being the representative for 40% of PPC’s capital in NPS and the BOD Chairman of NPS
3. To appoint Mr. Pham Van Thu, NPS’s Deputy CEO and PPC’s representative for 20% of PPC’s capital in NPS, to be a candidate in the election to the Board of Directors of NPS and CEO of NPS
4. To appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy, Deputy Manager of Accounting Department of PPC, to be a candidate in the election to Head of the Board of Supervisors of NPS
To appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh, Manager of Technology Department of PPC, to be the representative for total shares of PPC in Vietnam Power Development Joint Stock Company.
- Effective date: October 26, 2011.
