DLG: Resolution of an additional listing

On November 07, 2011, Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC (HOSE: DLG) announced the resolution of the general meeting, according to the minutes of counting of votes dated October 22, 2011 after consulting shareholders in writing:

- Article 1: Approved the deposit and listing of the shares which was issued to pay dividends in 2010 at the Vietnam Securities Depository and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange

- Article 2: Approved the deposit and listing of the shares which was issued to raise funds in 2011 at the Vietnam Securities Depository and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange

- Article 3: Authorized the Board of Directors to fulfill relating procedure

- Article 4: The effective date of this resolution: November 07, 2011.
