Commonwealth Bank of Australia HCMC Branch’s revised charter capital approved

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2533/QĐ-NHNN on November 28 to approve the revised charter capital of the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Branch of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved  the revision of Article 2 of its License No. 03/GP-NHNN dated January 8, 2008 to bring its HCMC branch’s charter capital up to USD 28 million.

The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of its License No. 03/GP-NHNN dated January 8, 2008.
