ADB to finance poverty reduction program
The Government has approved the outcomes of negotiations on a credit agreement for the Poverty Reduction Program V (Program Cluster) – Subprogram 3 between Việt Nam and the Asian Development Bank.
PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng has assigned Governor of State Bank of Việt Nam Nguyễn Văn Bình to sign the agreement with ADB.
The State Bank of Việt Nam will be responsible for coordinating with relevant agencies to prepare for the signing ceremony.
Earlier, the Government chief agreed with the State Bank of Việt Nam’s proposal to launch negotiation with the ADB for the program.
