AAM: Resolution on a dividend payment
Mekong Fisheries JSC (HOSE: AAM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second dividend payment of 2011:
* According the Resolution of the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting of Mekong Fisheries JSC dated March 23, 2011.
* According the business results of 2011
* The BOD decided to pay dividend payment in cash to existing shareholders as follows:
- Expected record date: December 10, 2011
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Payment rate: 12%/par value (Or VND1,200/share)
- Payment method: In cash
- Payment date: Expected on January 10, 2011.
