BMC: Resolution on dividend payment
Binhdinh Minerals Company (BIMICO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: Approving a payment rate of the second dividend installment of 2011:
- Payment rate: 10%/charter capital (VND82,618,200,000): VND8,261,820,000.
- Financial resource: undistributed profit after tax in the first 09 months of 2011.
Article 2: This resolution was approved on September 21, 2011.
