SDH: Business operating explanation

According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2011, profit after tax is VND million 790 with a decrease VND billion 1.37 compared to Quarter III/2010. Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC (HOSE: SDH) explained the decrease in operating result in QIII/ 2011 of holding company as follows:

- The salary has increased 246% compared to plan, making construction profit reduce;

- The important projects have not started until the end of 6/2011 such as Yen Phong II industrial area, Mo Lao urban area (In cooperation with Booyoung Corporation – Korea, VND billion 400): 06/2011 - 2012, uncased piles of buildings of lot A10 and A14 in Nam Trung Yen resettlement area – Cau Giay, Hanoi (VND billion 100): 06/2011 – 31/12/2012

The Company has signed with IGS Financial Corporation (Korea) for lending Yen Phong II industrial area since 11/2011. This will help the Company reaching the Plan of 2011.
