- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares
+ Stock type: Common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Exercise rate: 100:3 (Shareholders receive 03 bonus share for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. The odd shares will be discarded)
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied
- For undeposited shares: At Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC – Lot 60 – 61 Van Phu urban area, Phu La ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
