a. Dividend payment in cash:
- Exercise rate: 6%/share (Shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own)
- Exercise date: 04/11/2011
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
+ For undeposited shares: Accounting department of Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC, address 560 Road # 1A, 3 area, Cai Lay town, Tien Giang province on working days from 04/11/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
b. Dividend payment by share:
- Exercise rate: 100:6 (Shareholders receive 06 new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be repurchased by the Company for treasury stock with price VND 10,000/share)
