• Issue method: Issue shares to the employees whose names are in the list of the people who are allowed to buy shares according to Decision of the BOD. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be offered to other employees were in the list purchased according the Decision of the BOD

• Time to register and deposit to buy shares: From November 01, 2011 to November 30, 2011.
