AGR: The BOD approved the 2011 bond issue
AgriBank Securities (HOSE: AGR) (AGRISECO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:
Article 1: Approving the 2011 plan of a bond issue:
- Issuer: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation
- Bond type: Bonds unsecured by assets
- Bond form: Book entry
- Term: 05 years
- Interest:
- First year: Fixed interest
- From second year and later, floating interest equals in the average interest of 1-year term fixed deposit in VND of Vietcombank’s, Agribank’s, BIDV’s and Vietinbank’s Operation Center at Hanoi added maximum 5%/year
- Payment time: on the issue date every year
- Par value: 1,000,000,000 dongs
- Total expected value of the issue: 3,000 billion dongs
- Issue time: After Ministry of Finance approves the issue
- Objects: Private placement to financial institutions, banks, securities firms, investment funds and others
- Distribution method: By itself and by offering agency
- Buying back bonds before the term: Buying back bonds belongs on the issuer’s business and if bond holders agree with that. The issuer will sell the bonds again to others.
Article 2: Assigning the Chairman or the CEO will implement and sign documents related to the issue.
