Kien Giang Brick Tile JSC (HNX: KBT) announces the Board Resolution on 14/10/2011 as follows:

1. Approved ballot on:

- Decreasing the rate of the Finance reserve Fund and Bonus and welfare Fund compared to the General Mandate of 2011

- Adjusting the rate of dividend payment by shares in 2010 to match the financial source for payment

- Additionally listing 665,746 shares after finishing the seasoned issue in accordance with securities law

2. Time for ballot:

- Manager is assigned to decide deadline for record date and time to get ballot by mail from shareholders in accordance with securities law and procedures of authorities.
