On 17/10/2011, HNX received the written notice in which Ha Noi Architectural JSC asked to withdraw the Company’s documents for listing application as follows:

- Address: A1 Building, Lane 194, Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi

- Website: www.haco.com.vn

- Reasons: Currently, the Company is restructuring the organization. Thus, the Company withdraws documents for listing application and standardizes them in line with present listing regulations. The Company will apply when the reorganization and documents are completed.
