DPR: Raising contribution capital in Dong Phu – Kratie

On September 28, 2011, Dong Phu Rubber JSC (HOSE: DPR) (Doruco) has informed of raising contribution capital in the Dong Phu Kratie Rubber JSC as follows:

According to the Decision of DPR dated September 28, 2011, it would raise chartered capital from VND200 billion to VND245 billion. Therefore, holding rate of DPR in Dong Phu Kratie Rubber JSC increases from 40% to 49%.
