Vien Lien JSC (HOSE: UNI) reports the use of proceeds in the bond in September 2010 as follows:

1. Net proceeds: VND 50,000,000

2. Use of proceeds: All proceeds have been used for settlement compensation and assistance for Vien Lien Residential Area and Luxurious Villa Project, Ham Ninh Commune, Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province.
