DC2: Report on use of proceeds

Development Investment Contruction Number 2 JSC (HNX: DC2) reports the use of proceeds in the seasoned issue to increase charter capital approved by the SSC as follows:

1. Information on the seasoned issue:

- Stock code: DC2

- Par value: VND 10,000/share

- Number of shares issued: 1,000,000 shares

- Number of listed shares after the issue: 2,100,000 shares

- Total charter capital after the issue: VND 21,000,000,000

- Net proceeds: VND 15,848,900,000

2. Use of proceeds:

- To compensate for investment in machineray and equipment 2009: VND 5,734 million

- To invest in the equipment 2010: VND 2,021.1 million

- Capital contribution to carry out Dragon City project with DIC Corp: VND 8,000 million.
