VSH: Annual General Meeting 2011 lateness explanation

Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower JSC (HOSE: VSH) would like to explain the lateness of holding Annual General Meeting 2011 as follows:

• In both of 2010 and 2011, VSHPC has not negotiated for electric power selling prices. Therefore, norms of profit and loss, profit distribution, dividend rate, etc. of 2010 and 2011 have remained open, so there has not been any information to submit to the Meeting

• VSHPC had sent documents to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to suggest solutions and in order to organize the General Meeting in the end of 2011.

• When having necessary conditions to hold the Annual General Meeting 2011, VSHPC will re-announce the record date to shareholders.
