On September 06, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document No.95/TB-VRC/2011 from Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction JSC (HOSE: VRC) about the change in stock type from restricted stock to fully transferable stock of the following inside shareholders:

• Dinh Thi Hirn

• Dinh Manh Hong

• Nguyen Van Chinh

• Nguyen Van Lam

• Luu Ngoc Thanh.
