UDC: Resolution of the BOD

Urban Development and Construction Corporation (HOSE: UDC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 07, 2011:

The Board of Directors unanimously approved:

1. Profit and loss in Quarter II/2011:

- Total revenue: VND136,590 billion

- Profit before tax: VND4,344 billion

- Profit after tax: VND3,945 billion

2. The Corporation would continue to register to buy back 839,350 shares (The remaining buying according to Resolution No.05/NQ-HDQT dated May 04, 2011 by the Board of Directors) for treasury stock

- Time for registration: From September 15, 2011 to November 15, 2011.
