EVE: Explanation in price fluctuations

On September 06, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received an explanation from Everpia VietNam JSC (HOSE: EVE) about the decrease in EVE’s stock prices in five consecutive trading sessions as follows:

• The Company has been running as usual. It gained very goods results in the first six months. Its revenue in the first half of 2011 was VND336.9 billion increasing 92%, and profit after tax was VND73.7 billion increasing 164% from the same period of last year.

• EVE stock decreased in the recent trading sessions because of the common situation of the whole securities market and the supply and demand. And these are not under the control of the Corporation.
