Petrovietnam Finance JSC (HOSE: PVF) announced a personnel change as follows: Canceling the authorized document issued on March 24, 2010.

• As from September 29, 2011, Mr. DoViet Duong will not be authorized to announce the company’s information

• As September 19, 2011, Mr. Bui Minh Quyet, Deputy General Dept. – Corporation Office will be authorized disclosure staff of Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation.
