LGC: The BOD’s resolution

Lu Gia Mechanical Electric JSC (HOSE: LGC) (Lugiaco) has informed items in the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Cao Luong Ngoc from CEO as from October 01, 2011

Article 2: Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh as CEO of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric JSC cum the legal representative of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric JSC as from October 01, 2011 to replace Mr. Cao Luong Ngoc

Article 3: The Board of Directors as follow:

- Mr. Cao Luong Ngoc: BOD Chairman

- Mr. Le Quoc Binh: Deputy Chairman of BOD

- Mr. Cao Tan Khuong: Deputy Chairman of BOD

- Ms. Tang Thi Thu Ly: Member of the Board of Directors

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong: Member of the Board of Directors

Article 4: The resolution is valid as from September 21, 2011.
