MCP: BOD resolution
On September 18, 2011, My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company (HOSE: MCP) held the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting 2011 at the Company’s head office. There were 24 shareholders representing 7,659,906 shares, accounting for 77.77% of total 9,849,520 shares (Charter capital):
• VND98,495,200,000). The shareholders at the meeting unanimously approved the following issues:
• Plan for capital increase from VND98,495,200,000 to VND103,395,200,000 by issuing 490,000 shares (Equivalent to VND4,900,000,000) to the existing employees at My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company
• Adjustment to the Company’s Regulations under the form applied to listed companies
• The Meeting was unanimous to register to list and deposit 490,000 shares of the issuance.
