ACL: Resolution on an additional issuance

Cuu Long Fish JSC (HOSE: ACL) announced a resolution of the Board of Directors on new stock issuance:

Article 1: Approving a plan to issue stock:

- Issue volume: 7,150,000 shares

- Total value: VND71,500,000,000

- Purpose: Bonus to existing shareholders

- Objects: The shareholders are in the list at record date.

- Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax, Development and investment funds and others at December 31, 2010

- Expected exercise ratio: 10:6.53 (Each shareholders owning 10 shares will receive 6.5 new shares)

- The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled.

For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 159 shares, the calculation will be: 159/10-6.5=103.35 shares. Therefore, he will receive 103 shares

Article 2: This resolution is valid from June 29, 2011.
