IFS: Announcement of designating IFS

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.785/2011/TB-SGDHCM to designate stock of Interfood Shareholding Company (HOSE: IFS) as a warned stock because of violation of information disclosure regulations:

IFS has been designated as of September 09, 2011 under Decision No.128/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated September 07, 2011 by HOSE.

Reason: Interfood continued to violate the information disclosure regulations after warned on the whole market.
