IDI: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Ms. Nguyen Bang Thuong, a major shareholder of International Development & Investment Corporation (HOSE: IDI) sold 440,290 IDI shares from July 11, 2011 to July 14, 2011, decreased the owning volume from 2,416,200 shares (6.358%) to 1,975,910 to (5.2%), but did not have any announcements.
