LGL: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction JSC (MECO JSC), a major shareholder of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (HOSE: LGL) bought 30,180 LGL shares on August 31, 2011 before the Hochiminh Stock Exchange announced the information about the transaction registration.
