DLG: Resolution of the BOD
Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC (HOSE: DLG) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 19, 2011:
• The Board of Directors was unanimous to consult shareholders in writing to approve the following contents:
• Depositing and listing the number of additional shares issued to pay for the 2010 dividend on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange
• Depositing and listing the number of additional shares issued in 2011 on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange after finishing the issue.
