DBS Bank Ltd HCMC Branch’s revised charter capital approved

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1950/QD-NHNN on August 30 to approve the revised charter capital of the DBS Bank Limited Ho Chi Minh City Branch (DBS Bank Ltd HCMC Branch).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of Article 2 of DBS Bank Ltd - HCMC Branch’s License No.09/GP-NHNN dated January 12, 2010 to bring its charter capital up to USD 20 million.

The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 09/GP-NHNN issued by the SBV Governor.
