XMC: Report on use of proceeds

Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC (HNX: XMC) reports the use of proceeds in the issue certified by the State Securities Commission on 11/11/2010 as follows:

1. Net proceeds: VND99,982,400,000

2. Purpose of the issuing plan:

- Investment in the construction of Xuan Mai Condominium and Trade Center: VND20 billion

- Investment in Ngo Thi Nham Condominium, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi city: VND80 billion

3. Use of proceeds:

- Investment in Ngo Thi Nham Condominium, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi city: VND80 billion

- Investment in the construction of Xuan Mai Condominium and Trade Center: VND1.054 billion

The remained proceeds of VND18.93 billion for the project of Investment in the construction of Xuan Mai Condominium and Trade Center will be used in the future.
