CMG: Resolution on Dividend Payment

CMC Corporation (HOSE: CMG) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

1. The Board of Directors unanimously approved to make an advance payment on the 2010 dividend:

- Record date: September 22, 2011

- Trading method: In stock

- Exercise ratio: 100:6 (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 6 new shares as dividend).The volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled.

2. The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Ha The Minh and Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh to implement works relating to the 2010 dividend payment.
