VSI: Waseco changes the dividend payment day

Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JSC (Waseco) has changed the day to pay cash dividends for 2010:

- Old payment day: September 12, 2011

- New payment day: September 20, 2011

Reason: Because the disbursement of the investors was late, WASECO has not balanced enough funds to pay the first dividend of 2010 on September 12, 2011 as announced. Therefore, the Company would like to change the payment day to September 20, 2011.
