ACL: Dividend payment of 2011 and bonus shares notice
Cuu Long Fish JSC (HOSE: ACL) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: ACL
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: October 17, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on October 17 & 18, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: October 19, 2011
- Purpose: To pay the second dividend installment of 2011 in cash, issue bonus shares

Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/share)
Payment date: November 09, 2011
Place of implementation
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Cuu Long Fish JSC from November 09, 2011
Issuing bonus shares:
- Expected issue volume: 7,150,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 10:6.5 (A shareholder owning 10 old shares will get 6.5 new shares). The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 159 shares, the calculation will be: 159/10*6.5=103.35 shares. Therefore, he will receive 103 shares and and 0.35 share will be cancelled
