TIG: Extraordinary General Mandate 2011

Thang Long Invest Group (HNX: TIG) has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11/08/2011. The following resolutions were approved: Listing additional shares issued for dividend payment 2010: All new shares will be deposited in Vietnam Securities Depository and listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange.

The Board of Director is authorized to carry out necessary procedures.
