SMA: Explanation for business result in QII/2011

Sài Gòn Machinery Spare Parts JSC (HOSE: SMA) explained the difference in profit after tax in Quarter II/2011 and Quarter II/2010:

• Profit after tax in Quarter II/2010: VND4,034,594,359

• Profit after tax in Quarter II/2011: VND4,568,164,476

• Profit after tax in Quarter II/2011 increased 13.22% from Quarter II/2010 mainly because of the profit from share transfer.
