DLR: QII/2011 Operation results explanation

According to Financial Statement Quarter II/2011, profit after tax was VND 899,758,529 with an increase of 36%. Dalat Real Estate JSC (HNX: DLR) explained the increase in operating result in Quarter II/2011 as below:

- Cost of goodssold /revenue in Quarter II/2011 decreased year on year because production of stone for building increased, cost of finished goods decreased, and investment gradually has brought efficiency

- Besides, building activities were more effective when Yersin building –Da Lat city has been accounted with periodical auditing.
