TAC: Hanoi Branch to be dissolved & open a representative office

According to Decision No.94/ HDQT.11 dated July 13, 2011 by the Board of Director and License for Representative Office dated July 26, 2011, Tuong An Vegetable Oil JSC (HOSE: TAC) announced as follows:

• Dissolving the North Branch of Tuong An Vegetable Oil JSC

• Establishing a representative office in Ha Noi

• Address: Lot 10, Den Lu 1 Residential Area, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hoang Mai District, Ha Noi City

• Appointing Mr. Hoang Minh Phu as Director of TAC’s North Branch in Hung Yen and Manager of TAC’s representative office in Hanoi.
