- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 06/09/2011
- Ex-date: For T+3 transactions: 01/09/2011
- Reasons: First Second Dividend payment 2011
+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 20/09/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Sa Giang Import Export Corporation on working days since 20/09/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
